Trajnin*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kapitalist \u00fclkelerde se\u00e7im sisteminin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131, kitlelerin burjuvazi \u00f6nderli\u011finde feodalizm ve mutlakiyeti y\u0131k\u0131p soylular\u0131n ve ruhban s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131cal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yok etmesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak burjuva demokrasisinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve geli\u015fimi ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Burjuvazi kendi demokrasisini kurarken, t\u00fcm halk\u0131 temsil etti\u011fini iddia ederek, ulusal egemenlikten, yani halk\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z iktidar\u0131ndan s\u00f6z etti. Zaman\u0131, yetene\u011fi ve bilgisi oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in sadece burjuvazinin y\u00f6netme yetene\u011fine sahip oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenmekteydi.
