Yazara g\u00f6re, Marx, kapitalizmin &#8220;<em>kendi kendini ortadan kald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/em>&#8221; ileri s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f, ancak bu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmemi\u015ftir!<\/p>\n<p>Profes\u00f6r Aron\u2019un anlat\u0131m\u0131na bak\u0131l\u0131rsa, Marx, kendisinin d\u00f6nemin \u0130ngiliz iktisat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131ndan daha \u00fcst\u00fcn bir iktisat\u00e7\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermek istemi\u015f; &#8220;<em>kendi \u015fematizmi i\u00e7inde k\u00e2r oran\u0131n\u0131n azalma e\u011filimi tarihsel olgusunun a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 buldu\u011funa inan<\/em>&#8220;m\u0131\u015f<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>; ortalama k\u00e2r\u0131 &#8220;<em>sermayenin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc ile yani sabit ve de\u011fi\u015fken <\/em><em>ser<\/em><em>mayenin toplam\u0131 ile orant\u0131l\u0131<\/em>&#8221; g\u00f6r\u00fcrken, art\u0131-de\u011feri sadece de\u011fi\u015fen sermaye, &#8220;<em>yani insanlar\u0131n eme\u011fi \u00fczerinden<\/em>&#8221; a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015f; sermayenin organik bile\u015fiminin &#8220;<em>kapitalist evrim ve \u00fcretimin mekanizasyonu ile<\/em>&#8221; giderek de\u011fi\u015fmesinden hareketle ve de\u011fi\u015fen (Aron \u2018de\u011fi\u015fken\u2019 der) sermayenin toplam sermaye i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131n\u0131n azalmaya y\u00f6nelmesini veri alarak k\u00e2r oran\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fme e\u011filimi yasas\u0131n\u0131 bulgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek bundan &#8220;<em>b\u00fcy\u00fck entelekt\u00fcel doyum<\/em>&#8221; alm\u0131\u015f ve &#8220;<em>kapitalizmin ac\u0131mas\u0131z bir mekanizma ile hem insanlar\u0131n eylemi, hem de onlar\u0131 a\u015farak kendi kendini ortadan kald\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha ke\u015ffetti\u011fine inan<\/em>&#8220;m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r!<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Marx\u2019\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde ve kitaplar boyunca a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir konunun, Aron taraf\u0131ndan b\u00f6ylesine mu\u011flakla\u015ft\u0131rarak ve \u00e7eli\u015fki i\u00e7eriyormu\u015f gibi de g\u00f6sterilerek bu bi\u00e7imde yeniden a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 sorunludur: Art\u0131-de\u011fer ve k\u00e2r\u0131n olu\u015fumu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin ve k\u00e2r oran\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fme e\u011filimi yasas\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak irdelenmesi bu makalenin konusunu olu\u015fturmuyor. Sermayenin organik bile\u015fimi \u00fczerinde etkide bulunan di\u011fer bir etken, kapitalist rekabet olup rekabet, k\u00e2r oran\u0131n\u0131n ortalamaya do\u011fru evrilmesinde rol oynar. Bu \u00f6n a\u00e7\u0131klamaya, Marx\u2019ta oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc &#8220;<em>ikili anlam<\/em>&#8220;lara i\u015faret etmek i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyan Aron\u2019a g\u00f6re, &#8220;Kom\u00fcnist Manifestosu, Ekonomi Politi\u011fin Ele\u015ftirisine Katk\u0131ya \u00d6ns\u00f6z ve Kapital,<em> kapitalist rejimin bu uyu\u015fmaz niteli\u011finin \u00fc\u00e7 farkl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131<\/em><em>n\u0131n<\/em><em> bulunmas\u0131 ve belirlemesidir.<\/em>&#8220;<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a> Marx, kapitalist &#8220;<em>rejimin uyu\u015fmaz niteli\u011fi<\/em>&#8220;ni g\u00f6sterirken, &#8220;<em>ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bi\u00e7imde kapitalizmin kendi kendini ortadan kald\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 ilan etmeye ve bu arada insanlar\u0131 vaktinden \u00f6nce yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bu yazg\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesine bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131da bulunmaya isteklendirmeye<\/em>&#8221; giri\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Marx\u2019\u0131n Ekonomi Politi\u011fin Ele\u015ftirisine Katk\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00d6ns\u00f6z\u2019\u00fcnde (1859) i\u015faret etti\u011fi toplumsal geli\u015fmenin tarihselli\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn tek yanl\u0131 yorumlanmas\u0131yla ilk kez kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131yoruz. Marx\u2019\u0131n materyalist tarih g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn bu mekanik ve y\u00fczeysel indirgenmesinde, kapitalizmin i\u00e7erdi\u011fi \u00e7eli\u015fkiler ve geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7lerin m\u00fccadelesi dolay\u0131m\u0131yla kendi y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlamas\u0131 &#8220;<em>kendi kendini ortadan kald\u0131rma<\/em>\u201d varsay\u0131m\u0131yla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Aron \u015f\u00f6yle yazar:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Tuhaf bir bi\u00e7imde kapitalizmin kendi kendini ortadan kald\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterme y\u00f6n\u00fcnde olan \u00f6neriler Kom\u00fcnist<\/em> Manifestosu<em>\u2019nda ve Marx\u2019\u0131n ekonomi politik alan\u0131nda geli\u015fmi\u015f incelemelerini yapmadan \u00f6nce yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 eserlerinde bulunabilecek \u00f6nerilerdir. Bu <\/em><em>varsay\u0131mda <\/em><em>kapitalizmin kendi kendini ortadan kald\u0131rmas\u0131 <\/em><em>mekanizmas\u0131 <\/em><em>sosyolojiktir ve toplumsal gruplar\u0131n davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7er. <\/em><em>Ya<\/em><em>da ba\u015fka bir varsay\u0131m, halk y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131na da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan gelir artan <\/em><em>\u00fcretimi emmede <\/em><em>yetersiz kalacakt\u0131r ve bu durumda \u00fcretilen mallar ile pazarda t\u00fcketicilerin istedi\u011fi mallar aras\u0131nda e\u015fitlik kuramayaca\u011f\u0131ndan rejim felce u\u011frayacakt\u0131r. Kendi kendini ortadan kald\u0131rman\u0131n kapitalist diyalekti\u011finde olas\u0131 iki anlat\u0131m vard\u0131r: Bir ekonomik diyalektik; bu, sonsuz bi\u00e7imde artan \u00fcretim g\u00fc\u00e7leri ile halka da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan geliri dengede tutan \u00fcretim ili\u015fkileri aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7eli\u015fkinin yeni bir bi\u00e7imidir.
