Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 10 Kas\u0131m\u2019da yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada yine bir a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m, \u201c<em>Atat\u00fcrk a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131<\/em>\u201d yapan Tayyip Erdo\u011fan, \u201c<em>Atat\u00fcrk nevzuhur bir devlet adam\u0131 de\u011fildir. Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck ad\u0131na de\u011fi\u015fime direnenlere ra\u011fmen biz onun dileklerini yerine getirece\u011fiz. 10 Kas\u0131mlar\u0131 kuru kuruya \u00f6l\u00fcm y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fc olarak anmay\u0131 de\u011fil, do\u011fu\u015f olarak kutlamay\u0131 \u00f6nemli g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum<\/em>\u201d dedi. Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda Fatih Sultan Mehmet, Atat\u00fcrk ve AKP d\u00f6nemi aras\u0131nda kesintisiz bir ili\u015fki kuruyor, Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 ile 15 Temmuz seferberli\u011fini birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131yor ve siyasi iktidar\u0131n g\u00fcncel siyasi iddialar\u0131n\u0131n Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn \u00e7izgisinin gere\u011fi oldu\u011funu ima ederek devam ediyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu elbette yeni bir tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n yolunu a\u00e7acak kadar kuvvetli bir arg\u00fcmand\u0131. Zaten AKP\u2019nin \u2018nevzuhur\u2019 Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczerine herkes bir \u015feyler s\u00f6yledi, kalem oynatt\u0131. Do\u011frusu Kemalist resmi tarihe kar\u015f\u0131 yeni bir tarih yazma iddias\u0131nda olan, bu yeni resmi tarihte Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn k\u0131rat\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek Osmanl\u0131 padi\u015fahlar\u0131n\u0131, Malazgirt Sava\u015f\u0131ndan bu yana gelmi\u015f ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u201c<em>T\u00fcrk b\u00fcy\u00fcklerini<\/em>\u201d parlatan, icazetle \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan yar\u0131 resmi Derin Tarih dergisinin Atat\u00fcrk\u2019e hakaret etme noktas\u0131na geldi\u011fi AKP d\u00f6neminin 15. y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201c<em>tarihimize b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle sahip \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131z<\/em>\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn, \u2018amorf\u2019 CHP\u2019ye ve Marksistlere b\u0131rak\u0131lamayacak kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funun s\u00f6ylenmesi beklenmedik bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu konu\u015fman\u0131n, yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edilmi\u015f bir anlay\u0131\u015ftan vazge\u00e7ilerek tarihe do\u011fru d\u00fcr\u00fcst sahip \u00e7\u0131kma konusunda g\u00f6sterilen bir y\u00fcce g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fckten ziyade, siyasi iktidar\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu s\u0131k\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011fa bir \u00e7are aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 d\u0131\u015fa vurdu\u011funu tespit etmek zor de\u011fil. 10 Kas\u0131m ve sonraki geli\u015fmeler de bunu do\u011frulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Siyasi iktidar\u0131n bir Atat\u00fcrk a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na neden ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011funa ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce k\u0131sa bir tarihsel hat\u0131rlatma yapmakta yarar var.<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyetin tarihi boyunca hangi d\u00f6nem olursa olsun hem o anki mevcut stat\u00fckoyu savunman\u0131n hem de U veya L d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fleriyle yap\u0131lan politik manevralar\u0131 gerek\u00e7elendirmenin kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ilkesi Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck, feyz al\u0131nan fig\u00fcr\u00fc de Atat\u00fcrk olmu\u015ftu. Kurtulu\u015f sava\u015f\u0131nda \u201c7 <em>d\u00fcvele kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015fan<\/em>\u201d Mustafa Kemal imgesi; Bat\u0131c\u0131, muas\u0131r medeniyet a\u015f\u0131s\u0131, laikli\u011fin teminat\u0131, T\u00fcrk ink\u0131laplar\u0131n\u0131n mimar\u0131, siyasi ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kurucu atas\u0131 olarak devlet siyasetinin her zaman birle\u015ftirici ideolojisi, siyasi partilerin kamuoyu \u00fczerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n referans\u0131yd\u0131. Hem devlet siyasetinin hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmeyen temel kaidelerinin hem de bu kaideler baki kalmak \u00fczere, siyasetin konjonkt\u00fcrel de\u011fi\u015fimlerinin ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu mant\u0131ksal a\u00e7\u0131klama i\u00e7in i\u015faret edilen k\u00f6keni, \u201c<em>devlet-i ebed m\u00fcebbet<\/em>\u201din hi\u00e7 sars\u0131lmayacak koruyucu z\u0131rh\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetinin kurulu\u015fu milli burjuvazi, o zamanki toprak a\u011falar\u0131 ve yerel e\u015fraf\u0131n bir kesiminin kurdu\u011fu ittifaka dayan\u0131r. Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fcten bu s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n siyasi olarak ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir ulus ulus-devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan beslenen milliyet\u00e7ilikle harmanlanm\u0131\u015f c\u0131l\u0131z anti-emperyalizmi ile ink\u0131laplar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u201cmuas\u0131r medeniyete ula\u015fma\u201d hamlesi aras\u0131nda kurdu\u011fu ili\u015fki Kemalizmin ilk zeminini olu\u015fturur. Bu zeminden sonra da bir ideoloji olarak kal\u0131c\u0131la\u015fan Kemalizm, dizayn edilmi\u015f toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7lerin de etraf\u0131nda topland\u0131\u011f\u0131, ittifaka sonradan dahil olan g\u00fc\u00e7lere de giri\u015f kart\u0131 sa\u011flayan ve bu kurucu birli\u011fin i\u00e7indeki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve \u00e7eli\u015fkileri \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir ilke, herkesin her badireden y\u0131pratmadan \u00e7\u0131karmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc oldu\u011fu bir referanst\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda.<\/p>\n<p>Egemen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n Kemalizme y\u00fckledi\u011fi anlam, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kapitalizmin geli\u015fmesine ve d\u00fcnya sistemine eklemlenme s\u00fcrecinde al\u0131nan virajlara ve bu anlarda kurulan siyasi konjonkt\u00fcre ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fiklikler g\u00f6sterse de Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7taki anlam\u0131, milleyet\u00e7ilik dozu artm\u0131\u015f olarak, \u00f6zellikle ve daha \u00e7ok halkla ili\u015fkilerde rezerv olarak sakland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda Nazi Almanyas\u0131 ile kurulan yak\u0131n ili\u015fkilere kar\u015f\u0131n \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc D\u0131\u015f Politikas\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan strateji, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin sava\u015fa veya s\u0131cak \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7ine girmek zorunda kalmayaca\u011f\u0131 kadar \u2018tarafs\u0131zl\u0131k\u2019 ama daha do\u011frusu \u00e7at\u0131\u015fan g\u00fc\u00e7ler aras\u0131nda bir bekle ve g\u00f6r takti\u011fiyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken tercih edilen, anti emperyalist ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 bir \u00e7izgiden \u00e7ok, \u00a0 Sovyetler Birli\u011fi ile Almanya aras\u0131ndaki sava\u015f\u0131n sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak d\u00fcnya resminde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye en elveri\u015fli konumu saptayabilme kayg\u0131s\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Nitekim \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra T\u00fcrkiye Kore Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019na asker g\u00f6ndermek ko\u015fuluyla NATO\u2019ya dahil edildi. Bu art\u0131k T\u00fcrkiye egemen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n emperyalist kampta yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tesciliydi. Bir s\u00fcre sonra, 1950\u2019lerin ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00a0 iktidara gelen ve 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k iktidar\u0131 boyunca emperyalist sermayeye uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k kap\u0131 siyaseti sayesinde kapitalist entegrasyon s\u00fcrecini h\u0131zland\u0131ran Menderes ise, \u0130ttihat Terakki d\u00f6neminden gelen, Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn \u201c<em>muas\u0131r medeniyete yeti\u015fmek<\/em>\u201d \u00e7izgisiyle uzla\u015fm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen kadrolar\u0131n izledi\u011fi \u00e7izginin yeniden canland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nem olacakt\u0131. K\u00f6y enstit\u00fclerinin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131, dini cemaatlerin desteklenmesi, Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019\u0131n \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131-milliyet\u00e7i-gerici <em>B\u00fcy\u00fck Do\u011fu <\/em>dergisinin s\u00fcbvanse edilmesi ve nihayet kitlesel ajitasyonunu y\u00fckseltilmesi e\u015fli\u011finde toplumsal muhafazakarla\u015fma bu d\u00f6nemde k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak Menderes\u2019in \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 bat\u0131c\u0131-laik T\u00fcrkiye burjuvazisinin ve ordunun m\u00fcdahalesiyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131. B\u00f6ylece \u015fimdi AKP eliyle devam ettirilen milliyet\u00e7i-muhafazakar \u00e7izginin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 zor yoluyla ezildi. Bu d\u00fcnya kapitalizminin o zamanki piyasa-Pazar ve sermaye giri\u015fimlerinin ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011fu kadar d\u00fcnya i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n Kemalizmin de i\u00e7erdi\u011fi laiklik, demokrasi, ilerleme ve refah arzusu ile ili\u015fkilendirdi\u011fi m\u00fccadelesinin de pay\u0131 vard\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye ise Menderes\u2019li haliyle k\u0131smen kendisini 1960 Anayasas\u0131nda ifade edecek bu Keynesyen politikalara adapte edemeyecek durumdayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kapitalist d\u00fcnya sistemine entegrasyon s\u00fcrecindeki t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131klara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmak ve i\u00e7 engelleri kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan, Mendereslerin idam\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanan darbe, bu entegrasyonun ifadesi 1961 Anayasas\u0131; entegrasyonun geni\u015fletilmi\u015f yeni evresinde haz\u0131rlanan 24 Ocak Kararlar\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irebilmek i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcn muhalefeti susturmay\u0131 \u00f6nceleyen, Meclisteki partileri kapatarak y\u00f6neticilerini tutuklayan 1980 12 Eyl\u00fcl darbesi de, kapat\u0131lan partilerin de te\u015fvik edici ideolojisi de yine hep Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck olmu\u015ftu. Ancak bu durum muhafazakar-dindar bir kitle taban\u0131na \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir sesleni\u015fin yap\u0131lmas\u0131na engel olmad\u0131. Miting meydanlar\u0131na Kur\u2019an ile \u00e7\u0131kan Kenan Evren Cuntan\u0131n Kemalizmini ayetler ve surelerle desteklemekteydi.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece tarihsel geli\u015fmelere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ihtiya\u00e7 duyulduk\u00e7a her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ideolojiyle eklemlenebilme esnekli\u011fine sahip olan Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck egemen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n hareketlerine de esneklik sa\u011flayabiliyordu. \u00d6rne\u011fin bir yandan Morrison lakab\u0131 ile di\u011fer yandan \u00c7oban S\u00fcl\u00fc lakab\u0131yla an\u0131lan S\u00fcleyman Demirel\u2019in tescilli Amerikanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Kemalizmin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7taki anti emperyalizmine uzak g\u00f6nderme yapan milli-yerli s\u0131fat\u0131 yan yana durabilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Kemalizm h\u00fck\u00fcmet de\u011fi\u015fimlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmaks\u0131z\u0131n, mevcut siyasi iktidar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu konjonkt\u00fcr\u00fcn gereklerine g\u00f6re yeniden anlamland\u0131r\u0131lan, ba\u015fka ideolojik formasyonlarla g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilen veya i\u00e7erdi\u011fi \u00f6\u011felerin bazen birinin bazen di\u011ferlerinin \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerle\u015fik bir ideoloji olarak devlet s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flayan motiflerden biri olarak i\u015flev g\u00f6rebilmi\u015fse; bu, se\u00e7imlerde yar\u0131\u015fmak zorunda olan siyasi partilerin pop\u00fclizmlerini besleyebilecek bi\u00e7imde bu ideolojiye i\u00e7erik kazand\u0131rabilmi\u015f olmalar\u0131ndand\u0131r ayn\u0131 zamanda. S\u0131n\u0131f farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6rt\u00fclmesinde, etnik ve mezhebi farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n konu d\u0131\u015f\u0131 edilebilmesinde bu pop\u00fclerle\u015ftirmenin rol\u00fc olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Menderes\u2019in bile ka\u00e7\u0131namayaca\u011f\u0131 bi\u00e7imde \u015fehir, il\u00e7e, bucak meydanlar\u0131n\u0131n Atat\u00fcrk b\u00fcst ve heykelleri ile donat\u0131lmas\u0131; \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda Atat\u00fcrk k\u00f6\u015felerinin yasal bir zorunluluk olmas\u0131; resmi bayramlarda y\u00fckselen bir ajitasyon d\u00fczeyiyle Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn toplumsal ili\u015fkileri de d\u00fczenleyen bir itikat haline getirilmesi; m\u00fcfredat\u0131n Atat\u00fcrk ilke ve ink\u0131laplar\u0131 ile doldurulmas\u0131 vb. Atat\u00fcrk ve di\u011fer kurucular\u0131n \u201c<em>s\u0131n\u0131fs\u0131z imtiyazs\u0131z bir kitle<\/em>\u201d haline getirmek istedi\u011fi n\u00fcfus ile devlet aras\u0131ndaki ar\u0131zas\u0131z bir ideolojik birli\u011fin rit\u00fcel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaktayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Siyasi konjonkt\u00fcr ne olursa olsun devlete, kurumlar\u0131na, siyasi partilere y\u00f6netebilme kapasitesi sa\u011flayabilmek; sistem i\u00e7i muhalefet kesimlerinin s\u00f6zlerine de alan a\u00e7abilmek; bu y\u00fczden iktidar ile muhalefeti ayn\u0131la\u015ft\u0131racak bi\u00e7imde tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z bir kapsama sahip olmak da zeten Kemalizmin yer yer esnek, pragmatik a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa sahip olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Atat\u00fcrk ile girilen ili\u015fkinin bi\u00e7imleri tam da Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn istedi\u011fi gibi, devleti ve toplumu y\u00f6neten ilkenin s\u0131n\u0131flar \u00fcst\u00fc\/d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir ortalamada olu\u015ftu\u011fu izlenimini \u00fcretebilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir burjuva ideoloji olarak Kemalizm bu \u00f6zelli\u011finden dolay\u0131 her s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n her politik aidiyet gurubunun kendisine \u00f6zg\u00fc tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da kazan\u0131r. Bir yandan \u00e7a\u011fda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 temsil etti\u011fine inan\u0131lan bat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k; ya\u015fam tarz\u0131, hukuk sistemi, pozitivist e\u011fitim kal\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n kabul\u00fcyle ili\u015fkilendirilerek halkla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken; 7 d\u00fcvelle sava\u015fm\u0131\u015f Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn anti-emperyalistli\u011fine yap\u0131lan vurguyla ulus devletin etraf\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlendi\u011fi bir ilke olarak siyasalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f; ama \u00f6te yandan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin uluslararas\u0131 para fonlar\u0131, emperyalist iktisadi ili\u015fkiler, sermaye dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engellerin giderek kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 bi\u00e7iminde zuhur eden kapitalist entegrasyonun da a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131c\u0131 normlar\u0131n\u0131 yaratabilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130deolojinin kendinden menkul birle\u015ftiricilik iddias\u0131, hi\u00e7bir zaman toplumun s\u0131n\u0131flardan, milliyet ve mezheplerden m\u00fcte\u015fekkil \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fini g\u00f6zetmedi\u011fi gibi T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi konu\u015fulan ve resmi tek dil, T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc temel yurtta\u015fl\u0131k kimli\u011fi haline getirmek \u00fczere yola \u00e7\u0131kan Cumhuriyetin ilk kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n ve sonrakilerin; bu birle\u015ftiricilik ad\u0131na antidemokratik bir rejim olu\u015fturmas\u0131na da imkan sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kom\u00fcnistlerin, K\u00fcrtlerin, Alevilerin, Rumlar\u0131n, Dersim\u2019in, 6-7 Eyl\u00fcl ve Varl\u0131k vergisiyle az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n k\u00f6\u015feye s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, darbeler ve s\u0131k\u0131y\u00f6netimlerle muhalefetin susturulmas\u0131; par\u00e7al\u0131 bir n\u00fcfusu devlet taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f bir yurtta\u015f toplulu\u011funa yontma \u00e7abas\u0131 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Kemalizm devlet taraf\u0131ndan uzunca bir s\u00fcre g\u00fcvenlik politikalar\u0131n\u0131n da dayana\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. 70\u2019lerden itibaren MGK\u2019da, i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015fman tan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n kerterizi, tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015fmana kar\u015f\u0131 milli seferberli\u011fin harekete ge\u00e7irici s\u00f6ylemi, devlet kurumlar\u0131ndaki ve ordudaki kadrola\u015fman\u0131n da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fcyd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Devletin b\u00fct\u00fcn bu m\u00fcdahalelerine ve resmi tabula\u015ft\u0131rmaya ra\u011fmen Kemalizm milli birlik ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn \u00e7imentosu olma iddias\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmede esasen pek \u00e7ok sorun da ya\u015fad\u0131. Atat\u00fcrk \u00fczerine s\u00f6ylenecek her ele\u015ftirel s\u00f6z\u00fc ba\u015ftan kriminalize eden yasalar, devlet s\u00f6yleminin hegemonik etkisi, toplumsal ili\u015fkiler alan\u0131ndaki gayr\u0131 resmi denetim ve polisiye tedbirlere ra\u011fmen Kemalizm ba\u015fl\u0131ca \u00fc\u00e7 alanda ele\u015ftirinin konusuydu. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta resmi ideolojik s\u00f6ylemin a\u011f\u0131r bask\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir dip ak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 olarak son derece zay\u0131f seyreden bu ele\u015ftiri bi\u00e7imleri ilgili kesimlerin giderek siyasal g\u00fc\u00e7 kazanmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k ve g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Birincisi; Cumhuriyet rejiminin kurulu\u015funa ba\u015ftan kar\u015f\u0131, Osmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011funun y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ine sindiremeyen padi\u015fahl\u0131k ve halifelik sisteminin devam\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ten i\u00e7e \u00f6zleyen gerici muhafazakar tarikatlar ve cemaatlerle, bunlar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fsal ta\u015feronlu\u011funu yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 toprak a\u011falar\u0131, burjuvazinin muhafazakar kanad\u0131 ve ayd\u0131nlar\u0131, gericili\u011fin n\u00fcfuz edebildi\u011fi, geleneksel \u0130slami bir ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 s\u00fcren k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u00f6yl\u00fcl\u00fck ve kentlerdeki s\u0131n\u0131f d\u0131\u015f\u0131 unsurlar ve bir k\u0131s\u0131m esnaft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kincisi; Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 ve ulusal in\u015fa s\u00fcrecinde di\u011fer kurucu unsurlarla birlikte sava\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve m\u00fccadele etmi\u015f oldu\u011fu halde Cumhuriyetten beklentilerini bulamayan, vaat edilenlerin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131, isyanlar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ve \u0130stiklal Mahkemelerinde eza g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olan K\u00fcrtlerin siyasi temsilcileri. K\u00fcrt hareketinin Cumhuriyetle hesapla\u015fmas\u0131nda toplumu T\u00fcrk kimli\u011fi alt\u0131nda toplama idealinin somut ifadesi; di\u011fer etnik kimliklerin, dillerin ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin yok say\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan Kemalizmin ele\u015ftirisi hep \u00f6nemli bir yer tuttu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc ve \u00f6n \u00f6nemlisi; devrimci sol muhalefet.<\/p>\n<p>Hat\u0131rlan\u0131rsa; sonradan i\u00e7 tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla b\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcp tarihe g\u00f6m\u00fclecek olan ama bu tart\u0131\u015fmadan Kemalizmi ele\u015ftirerek \u00e7\u0131kacak olan sol \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 Y\u00f6n-MDD hareketinin \u201c<em>Ordu millet elele<\/em>\u201d bi\u00e7imindeki tarihsel slogan\u0131 da Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn temel referans\u0131ndan hareketle kendisini kurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Anti-emperyalist, devlet\u00e7i, Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc bu hareket 70\u2019lerdeki, devlet ve ordu, anti-emperyalizm-kapitalizm-s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik kavramlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ili\u015fkinin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131; milletin s\u0131n\u0131fs\u0131z imtiyazs\u0131z bir kitle olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131na var\u0131larak toplumun birbiriyle uzla\u015fmaz \u00e7eli\u015fkiler i\u00e7indeki s\u0131n\u0131flar m\u00fccadelesinin alan\u0131 oldu\u011fu; devlet kurumlar\u0131 ve ordu ile egemen s\u0131n\u0131flar aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir siyasi ve teorik m\u00fccadele ortam\u0131nda; bu, ulusu devletle birle\u015ftirme iddias\u0131ndaki ideolojiyle ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koparma noktas\u0131na geldi. Ne var ki bu s\u00fcrecin b\u00fct\u00fcn sol \u00f6rg\u00fctlerde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fim ku\u015fkusuz ayn\u0131 bi\u00e7imde olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Burjuvaziye kar\u015f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesini \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen hareketin Kemalist ideolojiye Marksist ele\u015ftirisi bu s\u00fcrecin en geli\u015fkin d\u00fczeyini olu\u015ftururken g\u00fcncel temel veya kritik siyasi tutumlar\u0131nda Kemalizmden \u00f6rt\u00fck ya da a\u00e7\u0131k esinlenmeye devam eden bir sol muhalefet de \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir. Bug\u00fcn i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z siyasi atmosferin de etkisiyle bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ve nihayet; AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n ilk d\u00f6neminde bu partiye a\u00e7\u0131k destek vererek bir araya gelen sol liberal kesim. Bu, \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla olmayan, ancak medya ve bas\u0131n organlar\u0131nda tuttuklar\u0131 yer sayesinde etkili entelekt\u00fcel kesim, H\u00fck\u00fcmetin siyasi ve iktisadi politikalar\u0131n\u0131n suret-i haktan g\u00f6r\u00fcnen destek\u00e7ileriydi. Onlar\u0131n Kemalizm ele\u015ftirisi, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc daha ziyade \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc d\u00f6nemiyle and\u0131klar\u0131 korumac\u0131 ulus-devlet yap\u0131lanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik tasfiyenin, kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, ordu i\u00e7indeki operasyonlar\u0131n yeni ideolojik gerek\u00e7elerine alan a\u00e7\u0131yordu. Demokrasinin yeni \u00f6znesi \u201cdindar\u201dlar, toplumun kurucu ideolojisi de dinle g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f muhafazakarl\u0131kt\u0131. ABD\u2019nin, Ortado\u011fu \u00fclkelerine \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 \u0130slam k\u0131yafeti bi\u00e7ti\u011fi \u00a0 ve asl\u0131nda, neoliberalizmin b\u00f6lgede tedrici ve sorunsuz geli\u015fmesini sa\u011flarken, \u00f6rne\u011fin T\u00fcrkiye n\u00fcfusu \u00fczerindeki ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla hala etkin, devlet kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n da yerle\u015fik ideolojisi Kemalizmin kurumlar\u0131 ve halk\u0131 birle\u015ftirici ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zme ihtiyac\u0131na imkan sa\u011flayan bir destekti bu. Toplumdaki anti-emperyalist hissiyat\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye meyilli liberalizmin Kemalizm ele\u015ftirisi, anti-emperyalizm ile antikapitalizm aras\u0131nda zorunlu bir ili\u015fki kuran i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 siyasetinin y\u00f6neltti\u011fi ele\u015ftiriden ku\u015fkusuz farkl\u0131yd\u0131. Biri emek\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 hem d\u00fczene yeniden ba\u011flamaya hem de onu uyu\u015fturacak ideolojik se\u00e7ene\u011fe alan a\u00e7arken ikincisi emperyalist hesap ve tahribatlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyuyor ve buna kar\u015f\u0131 bir tav\u0131r al\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KUTUPLA\u015eTIRMA VE ATAT\u00dcRK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu k\u0131sa tarihsel hat\u0131rlatmadan sonra Atat\u00fcrk ve ideolojisiyle ili\u015fkisini kendi \u00f6ncellerinden farkl\u0131, onu k\u0131smen reddederek kurdu\u011fu 15 y\u0131l\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 10 Kas\u0131m\u2019da Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc birden bire yeniden ke\u015ffeden AKP\u2019nin almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 viraj\u0131n niteli\u011fini tart\u0131\u015fmaya ge\u00e7ebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>AKP 20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda kurumla\u015fm\u0131\u015f devlet i\u015fleyi\u015finde yeni k\u00fcresel normlara uygun de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011fi d\u00f6nemin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu normlar; \u201c<em>daha ucuz devlet<\/em>\u201d s\u00f6yleminin e\u015flik etti\u011fi yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda, kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zel sermayeye devredildi\u011fi, buralardaki kadrola\u015fma bi\u00e7imlerinin tasfiye edildi\u011fi; devlet taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcbvanse edilen kamu hizmetleriyle kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n serbest piyasaya a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131; esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve ta\u015feronla\u015ft\u0131rma gibi y\u00f6ntemler sayesinde emek\u00e7ilerin g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirildi\u011fi; burjuvazinin maliyesine y\u00fck olan sosyal g\u00fcvenlik politikalar\u0131n\u0131n tedrici olarak terk edildi\u011fi ve nihayet iki y\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesinin \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin, sosyalist Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme ile kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f haklar\u0131n ilga edildi\u011fi s\u00fcrecin kendisine \u00f6zg\u00fc siyasal yap\u0131lanmay\u0131 dayatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Refah Partisi\u2019nin, toplumsal kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 fazla b\u00fcy\u00fck olmayan dar ve arkaik \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p liberal iddialarla kitle taban\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fleterek iktidara gelmi\u015f olsa da AKP kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6ylemi de dini ve muhafazakar ideolojinin \u00e7e\u015fitli unsurlar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yordu. Zaman i\u00e7inde giderek dozu artan bu s\u00f6ylemin ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri Kemalizmle bir sorunu oldu. Bir d\u00f6nem sol liberallerle kurulan kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ittifak\u0131 besleyen yay\u0131nlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla, partinin ordu i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi tasfiyeler, siyasetin askeri vesayetten temizlendi\u011fi iddias\u0131yla parlat\u0131l\u0131rken ayn\u0131 zamanda ordunun kurumsal ideolojisi Kemalizm de bolca masaya yat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Buna devletin zulm\u00fcn\u00fcn ge\u00e7mi\u015f pratiklerinin \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019l\u00fc tek parti iktidar\u0131na fatura edilmesi, AKP d\u00f6neminin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ikinci kurulu\u015f d\u00f6nemi ilan edilmesi eklendi. Bu, laiklik, Bat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, din ve siyaset ili\u015fkisinin yeniden tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor, takiben de tarikat ve cemaatlerin sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctleri olarak onanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin talepler dile getiriliyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Resmi bayramlarda protokol kutlamalar\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 e\u015finin protokole dahil edilmesi, okullardan Atat\u00fcrk k\u00f6\u015felerinin ve And\u0131m\u0131z\u2019\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00fcniversitelerin t\u00fcrbanl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilere a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi kimi rit\u00fcellerden ba\u015flayarak zorunlu din dersleri, imam hatiplerin neredeyse normal e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131yla yar\u0131\u015facak bi\u00e7imde \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131, m\u00fcfredat\u0131n dinselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f gerici bir i\u00e7erikle de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesine kadar ge\u00e7en s\u00fcrede toplumsal hayat da muhafazakarla\u015fmaya zorland\u0131. \u0130pleri sal\u0131nan tarikat ve cemaat kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n, ilahiyat\u00e7\u0131 nam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan akademik unvanl\u0131lar\u0131n halifelik ve \u015feriat \u00f6vg\u00fclerini de y\u00fcksek sesle yapmaya ba\u015flayabildikleri, laikli\u011fin hem yasal tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirildi\u011fi hem de hakk\u0131nda at\u0131p tutuldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nemdir bu. Bizzat devletin birinci dereceden temsilcisinin Atat\u00fcrk ile \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019y\u00fc kastederek s\u00f6yledi\u011fi \u201c<em>iki ayya\u015f<\/em>\u201d tabiri de bu iklimde siyasi literat\u00fcre ge\u00e7mi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ideolojik y\u00fcklenmenin devletin yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesiyle oldu\u011fu kadar toplumsal ili\u015fkilerin yeniden dizayn\u0131yla da ilgisi vard\u0131r. Bu dizayn\u0131n istikameti, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce dini ve muhafazakar ideoloji sayesinde zihniyeti de\u011fi\u015ftirilen bir kesim n\u00fcfusa dayanarak, b\u0131\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n kemi\u011fi kesmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7te, iktisadi politikalara ve tasfiyelere kar\u015f\u0131 birle\u015fip tepki g\u00f6steremeyen bir s\u0131n\u0131f yaratmak u\u011fruna emek\u00e7ilerin \u00f6n\u00fcne resmi onayl\u0131, oyalay\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcndemler a\u00e7mak; huzursuzluk ve tepkilerin k\u00f6kenini AKP \u00f6ncesi bir zaman dilimine tarihlendirerek g\u00fcn\u00fc kurtarmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kincisi; iktidar partisinin yak\u0131n ve uzak gelece\u011fini g\u00fcvenceye alacak bir kitle taban\u0131n\u0131 sabitleyerek, bu kitlenin birli\u011fine uhrevi bir ama\u00e7 ve niyet kazand\u0131rmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumsal m\u00fcdahalenin \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131, AKP kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda par\u00e7al\u0131 olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren muhalefetin iktidar partisinin se\u00e7menlerinde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, blokla\u015fma e\u011filimindeki bir kitlenin kurulamamas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6te yandan bu kutbun en geni\u015f kesimini temsil etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclen, kendisinden onay istendi\u011fi her kritik d\u00f6nemde iktidar siyasetine katk\u0131da bulanacak bi\u00e7imde davranmaktan imtina etmeyen, basiretsiz ana muhalefet partisinin kitle taban\u0131n\u0131n, bizzat parti y\u00f6neticileri taraf\u0131ndan bu uzla\u015fmalara zorlanmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kemalizm bu kitlenin giderek derinle\u015fen muhafazakarla\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 s\u0131\u011f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tek s\u0131\u011f\u0131nak olmu\u015fsa bizzat, AKP liderlerinin siyasi hamlelerini tek parti iktidar\u0131 d\u00f6neminin Kemalizmine sava\u015f a\u00e7arak apolitikle\u015ftirme \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6teki kutupta da kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmas\u0131ndan olmu\u015ftur. Kendisini devletin kurucu ve kadim ideolojisinin s\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc olarak g\u00f6ren ana muhalefet partisi, Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn kurdu\u011fu partinin alt\u0131 okunun i\u00e7erdi\u011fi milliyet\u00e7ilik ve devlet\u00e7ili\u011fin gereklerini yerine getirirken K\u00fcrtlere kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fiddet siyasetine, sava\u015f tezkerelerine evet demi\u015f, HDP\u2019li milletvekillerinin tutuklanmas\u0131na ses \u00e7\u0131karmam\u0131\u015f ama ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 m\u00fcdahalelerine kar\u015f\u0131 Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fckle kurdu\u011fu barikat\u0131n arkas\u0131nda toplam bir ele\u015ftirinin birikmesine izin vermemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Kemalizmin b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 kesmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken mu\u011flakla\u015fan i\u00e7eri\u011finin apolitikle\u015ftirmeye katk\u0131s\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenemez. Vaktiyle n\u00fcfusun b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu, \u015fimdi ise epey bir kesimi taraf\u0131ndan benimsenen Kemalizm, tan\u0131m \u00e7oklu\u011funa yol a\u00e7an tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 i\u00e7eri\u011fiyle bu apolitikle\u015ftirmenin imkan\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131labilmi\u015fse bunu kurulu\u015fundaki hem alt s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 hem de devleti g\u00f6zetti\u011fini iddia edebildi\u011fi bir eklektizme bor\u00e7ludur.<\/p>\n<p>AKP\u2019nin m\u00fcdahalesi de bu mu\u011fl\u00e2kl\u0131ktan ne\u015fet eder. Tek vatan, tek bayrak, tek devlet, tek millet diye anlamland\u0131r\u0131lan Rabia\u2019n\u0131n d\u00f6rt parma\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Alt\u0131 Ok\u2019un ilkeleriyle muamelesinin iktidara yarar sa\u011flayan siyasi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fimdiye kadar bir\u00e7ok kez al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulsa nevzuhur AKP Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn pek \u00f6yle bo\u015f g\u00f6steren olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. 15 Temmuz darbesinden sonra Yenikap\u0131\u2019da a\u00e7\u0131lan sahneye, kitlesiz tek ba\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu\u2019nun, \u015fimdi MHP kitlesinin ezici \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun izledi\u011fi \u0130yi Parti\u2019nin, Yeni Kap\u0131 ruhunu ezeli bir platformda aya\u011fa dikme uhdesi i\u00e7indeki AKP kadrolar\u0131yla iktisadi ve siyasi y\u00f6nelimler bak\u0131m\u0131ndan kaydade\u011fer hi\u00e7bir fark\u0131 yoksa da AKP kitlesinin tarafs\u0131z b\u00f6lgeye \u00e7ekilmesini te\u015fvik edici bir mobilizasyona yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131rlar. Dahas\u0131 17-25 Aral\u0131k s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin telefon dinlemelerinin 2014-15 y\u0131l\u0131nda da devam etti\u011fi ve bunun bizzat CIA taraf\u0131ndan koordine edildi\u011fi s\u00f6ylentileri de ciddiyet kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye-ABD ili\u015fkilerinin gerilim d\u00fczeyinin de artaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu zorlu durumun kendisine daraltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 siyasal alanda, AKP\u2019nin, n\u00fcfusun b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun anti-emperyalist duygular besledi\u011fi ABD\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 kitle seferberli\u011fini ve safla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 kutupla\u015ft\u0131rma politikalar\u0131yla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesi imkans\u0131zla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Okullara cihat dersinin konuldu\u011fu, \u015fehitli\u011fin ideolojik kutsamadan ge\u00e7irildi\u011fi ko\u015fullarda ancak belirli bir n\u00fcfusu konsolide edebilece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k olan s\u00f6ylemin etki alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan kesimin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7inse, muhalefet Kemalizm e\u015fli\u011finde devam edecektir. Bu y\u00fczden AKP \u201c<em>Mustafa Kemal\u2019in Askerleri<\/em>\u201dnin bir d\u0131\u015f tehdit kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hizalanmas\u0131n\u0131n ko\u015fulunun, laikli\u011fi siyasal \u0130slamc\u0131 bir ideolojiyle ezmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n tercihlerindeki \u0131srar de\u011fil, bu durumda yapaca\u011f\u0131 pragmatik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011funu tespit etmi\u015ftir. Rabia\u2019ya kalpak giydirme gayretke\u015fli\u011finin \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri de, tek vatan tek bayrak vb. iddias\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan AKP\u2019nin ulusalc\u0131-Kemalist tabir edilen kesimle temas noktas\u0131n\u0131 belirginle\u015ftirme ihtiyac\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc; T\u00fcrkiye H\u00fck\u00fcmeti ABD ile ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131, Suriye sava\u015f\u0131 boyunca iyice a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f b\u00f6lgesel kampla\u015fmada yeni bir tercih yaparak derinle\u015ftirmektedir. Rusya-\u0130ran-Irak ve bunlara ba\u011fl\u0131 siyasi-militarist sava\u015f \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kamp ile ABD-Suudi Arabistan-\u0130srail ve M\u0131s\u0131r ekseninde olu\u015fan kamp aras\u0131ndaki, b\u00f6lgenin yeniden dizayn\u0131 konusundaki \u00f6ncelikler \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 eksen birincisidir. T\u00fcrkiye bu arada kom\u015fu devletleri hizaya getirmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkiye H\u00fck\u00fcmetinin ayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00f6zdesi Katar\u2019la ba\u015flayan daha sonra L\u00fcbnan siyasetine m\u00fcdahale eden, \u0130ran ile Yemen\u2019de sava\u015fan, Hizbullah\u2019\u0131 tasfiye hesaplar\u0131 g\u00fcderek \u0130srail\u2019le yak\u0131nla\u015fan ve nihayet kendi \u00fclkesinde sivil darbe mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran Suudi Arabistan\u2019\u0131n kurucu ve toplay\u0131c\u0131 rol oynamaya soyundu\u011fu Ortado\u011fu gericilikleri aras\u0131ndaki yerini kaybetmi\u015ftir. AKP\u2019nin, Avrasyac\u0131l\u0131k tabir edilen politik hesaplar c\u00fcmlesine dahil oldu\u011fu kaybetme s\u00fcrecinde, ad\u0131 konulmayan bir ittifak halinde bulundu\u011fu; ba\u015fkan\u0131 Do\u011fu Perin\u00e7ek\u2019in Rusya ili\u015fkilerinde kilit isim haline gelmi\u015f bulunan Vatan Partisi\u2019nin ulusalc\u0131 milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nemli bir talebi vard\u0131r. Bu talebin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 K\u00fcrtlerle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinin sona erdirilmesi pahas\u0131na Perin\u00e7ek\u2019in hapishane arkada\u015flar\u0131yla kurulan ittifak\u0131n da mutab\u0131k kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 uzla\u015fma i\u00e7in elzemdir. Kemalizm bu ittifak\u0131n ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan biridir.<\/p>\n<p>Son olarak; 10 Kas\u0131m\u2019dan bir hafta sonra NATO tatbikat\u0131nda Tayyip Erdo\u011fan ile Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn resminin hedef tahtas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fman olarak yerle\u015ftirilmesi bi\u00e7iminde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan komplo ve akabinde NATO\u2019nun \u00f6z\u00fcr dilemesi elbette d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu komplo sayesinde, Atat\u00fcrk\u2019e y\u00fcklenen \u00f6nceki anlam, onun Erdo\u011fan ile ayn\u0131 de\u011fer hanesine ili\u015ftirilerek de\u011fi\u015ftirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu c\u00fcmle isimler ve vurgu yer de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek de kurulabilir. Her durumda da siyasi iktidar\u0131n yeni ideolojik hamlesini sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rabilmesi i\u00e7in bir l\u00fctuf alan\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn resmi ideolojiler devlet ile di\u011fer s\u0131n\u0131flar aras\u0131nda sorunsuz bir ili\u015fki kurmay\u0131 hedefler. Devleti y\u00f6neten partinin d\u0131\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir Kemalizmin alt s\u0131n\u0131flar aras\u0131nda ilgi g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, giderek halkla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, amorf bir tepkisel birikimin ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 ideolojisi olarak belirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ko\u015fullarda devletin, AKP\u2019nin kendi iktidar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011flayan gelecek kayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da a\u015fan, daha \u00f6zsel bir beka sorunu ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Devleti \u015fu anda y\u00f6neten partinin, sadece b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir tehdidi tetikleyen uluslararas\u0131 ili\u015fkilerinin boyutu ve niteli\u011fi, kitlelerin g\u00f6z\u00fcnde milli \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 da tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6lgedeki siyasi ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n ve \u00fclke i\u00e7indeki zorla y\u00f6netme stratejisinin b\u00fct\u00fcn sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7eken ve faturalar\u0131n\u0131 a\u011f\u0131r bir bi\u00e7imde \u00f6demek zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lan T\u00fcrkiye emek\u00e7ilerinin bu sonradan g\u00f6rme Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe ikna olmas\u0131, emperyalist politikalar\u0131n bedellerini \u00f6demeye r\u0131za g\u00f6stermesi kolay g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor.
