Gerek bizzat cumhuriyetin kendisi, s\u0131n\u0131f temeli ve dayanaklar\u0131yla birlikte bir de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7ti, ge\u00e7iyor; gerekse cumhuriyet \u00fczerine tutum ortaya koyanlarla tart\u0131\u015fmac\u0131lar ideolojik pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00fcncel politik konum ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131yla farkl\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f aidiyetleri ve \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na sahipler.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en say\u0131da d\u00fczen ele\u015ftirisi yapmakta olan \u201c<em>sol<\/em>\u201dun Cumhuriyet ve Kemalizm\u2019e yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerinde durmu\u015ftuk. Peki, d\u00fczenin i\u00e7inden nas\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor 100. y\u0131l\u0131nda Cumhuriyete?<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyetin ilan tarihi 29 Ekim\u2019e yakla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken ve 100. y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde d\u00fczen, iktidar ve burjuva muhalefeti olarak ikiye b\u00f6l\u00fcnd\u00fc ve net olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen iki farkl\u0131 tutum sergiledi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erdo\u011fan-AKP ve Cumhuriyet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130lki ortaklar\u0131yla birlikte AKP h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin, ba\u015fl\u0131ca Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n tutumudur. AKP ve Erdo\u011fan 100. y\u0131l\u0131na ve Cumhuriyete de\u011fer vermez tutumuyla, adetten olan 100. y\u0131l kutlamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in bir haz\u0131rl\u0131k yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, Filistin\u2019e y\u00f6nelik zulm\u00fc gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6stererek yas ilan etti ve kutlamalar\u0131n iptalini g\u00fcndeme getirerek, bir g\u00fcn \u00f6ncesine bizzat devlet taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen Filistin\u2019i sahiplenme ve \u0130srail\u2019i tel\u2019in mitingi koydu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu tutum, burjuva muhalefet taraf\u0131ndan ele\u015ftirilmekle kalmad\u0131, su\u00e7land\u0131. \u00dcstelik muhalefetin su\u00e7lamalar\u0131yla kal\u0131nmad\u0131; halk\u0131n geni\u015f kitlelerinin sokaklarda sahiplendi\u011fi ve 100 ya\u015f\u0131na basan Cumhuriyetin halkta bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir kez daha g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Ankara\u2019da An\u0131tkabir\u2019i ziyaret edenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 bir milyonu a\u015farak rekor k\u0131rd\u0131, iktidar\u0131n Cumhuriyeti ve 100. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemsemeyen tutumuna ra\u011fmen kutlamalar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmeyecek kalabal\u0131klarla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Bunda, CHP belediyelerinin \u00f6nayak olarak konserlerle devasa bayrakl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fler t\u00fcr\u00fcnden kutlamalar d\u00fczenlemesinin ku\u015fkusuz pay\u0131 vard\u0131. \u0130llerdeki kutlamalara, valileri ve askeri erkan\u0131yla devlet de bigane kalamad\u0131 ve kat\u0131lmazl\u0131k edemedi. \u0130ktidar ger\u00e7ekte hi\u00e7 Cumhuriyet kutlamas\u0131 d\u00fczenlememe tutumunda de\u011fildi, buna cesaret edememi\u015f, 100. Y\u0131l kutlamalar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6n\u00fck ge\u00e7mesini istemi\u015fti. Cumhuriyetin 100. y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcne yara\u015f\u0131r bir haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00f6nceden kutlamalar konusuna kafa yorulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belliydi: Provalar i\u00e7in kapat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ilan edilen yollarla \u00f6rne\u011fin Bo\u011faz K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn kapat\u0131lmas\u0131ndan son g\u00fcn vazge\u00e7ildi. Hi\u00e7 hesapta yokken, 29 Ekim gece yar\u0131s\u0131 ertesi g\u00fcn okullar\u0131n tatil oldu\u011fu ilan edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bir yandan AKP ile \u00fczerinde birle\u015febilece\u011fi ortak de\u011ferler arad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bir yandan da AKP taraf\u0131ndan ele ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f olsa bile devlet d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kan\u0131tlayarak, burjuva muhalefet, \u00f6zellikle CHP ve medyadaki uzant\u0131lar\u0131 AKP ve Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131 Cumhuriyetin 100. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 kutlamas\u0131z ge\u00e7i\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakla aral\u0131ks\u0131z ele\u015ftirdi; Erdo\u011fan komutas\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenecek bir kutlamadan ne umuyorsa, onu devlet kutlamas\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmaktan geri durmad\u0131. Oysa tek adam y\u00f6netiminin ger\u00e7ekte bir ba\u015fka kutlama i\u00e7in haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Erdo\u011fan y\u00f6netimi, Cumhuriyetin 100. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil, ama sloganla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201c<em>T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131<\/em>\u201d ad\u0131yla, onun y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde kendi 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k iktidar\u0131n\u0131 kutlad\u0131. Erdo\u011fan, Cumhuriyetin ve \u00f6rne\u011fin S\u00fcmerbank, Etibank, Kula Mensucat, \u015feker fabrikalar\u0131n\u0131n\u2026 kurulmas\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fcnden ba\u015fard\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fczerinde hi\u00e7 durmad\u0131, bu ve benzeri konularda tek s\u00f6z bile etmeyerek Cumhuriyeti ve kurulu\u015funu hi\u00e7 \u00f6nemsemedi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koydu. \u00dcstelik nas\u0131l etsindi, t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmi\u015f, sat\u0131p savm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k iktidar\u0131n\u0131n \u201c<em>ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131<\/em>\u201d \u00fczerinde durdu, onlar\u0131 anlat\u0131p sergiledi.<\/p>\n<p>Bo\u011faz\u2019da, donanma, k\u0131sa mesafelerde inip kalkabilen F-35\u2019ler i\u00e7in tasarlanan, ama T\u00fcrkiye projeden d\u0131\u015flan\u0131nca S\u0130HA ve helikopter gemisi oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenerek \u00f6v\u00fcn\u00fclen TCG Anadolu\u2019nun pe\u015fi s\u0131ra 100 sava\u015f gemisiyle resmi ge\u00e7it yapt\u0131. Erdo\u011fan \u201c<em>\u00f6yle olmaz, b\u00f6yle olur<\/em>\u201d demek istiyor gibiydi. \u201c<em>T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131<\/em>\u201d kutlamas\u0131, hen\u00fcz ad\u0131 tak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ama, Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n \u201c<em>yeni Cumhuriyeti<\/em>\u201dnin kutlamas\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Erdo\u011fan-AKP\u2019nin \u201c<em>Cumhuriyetin 100. Y\u0131l\u0131<\/em>\u201dn\u0131 de\u011fil ama \u201c<em>T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131<\/em>\u201dn\u0131 kutlamas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni, tabii ki Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n S\u00fcmerbank ve Etibank gibi Cumhuriyetin in\u015fa etti\u011fi fabrikalar\u0131 hi\u00e7 pahas\u0131na satm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 de\u011fildi. Erdo\u011fan, a\u00e7\u0131ktan Cumhuriyet kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 tutumunu herkesin g\u00f6z\u00fcne sokarak bir kez daha ortaya koydu. Bunu, 100. y\u0131l kutlamas\u0131 yerine kendi \u201c<em>T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131<\/em>\u201d kutlamas\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7irmesi ve siyasal \u0130slam d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda t\u00fcm burjuva ak\u0131mlar\u0131n y\u00fcceltti\u011fi \u201c<em>Gazi Mustafa Kemal<\/em>\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerini a\u011fz\u0131na sadece bir iki kez almas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda se\u00e7ti\u011fi kutlama mekan\u0131yla da yapt\u0131. Kutlama mekan\u0131, Vahdettin K\u00f6\u015fk\u00fcyd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>O Vahdettin ki, son Osmanl\u0131 padi\u015fah\u0131d\u0131r ve Cumhuriyetin ilan\u0131ndan birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce bir \u0130ngiliz z\u0131rhl\u0131s\u0131na binip \u00fclkeden ka\u00e7m\u0131\u015f ve zaten Cumhuriyetin ilan\u0131ndan \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn sonra da Saltanat kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dclkeden ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f\u0131 zorunluluktand\u0131r; \u0130stanbul\u2019u i\u015fgal eden \u0130ngilizlere teslim olmakla kalmam\u0131\u015f, Saraya ba\u011fl\u0131 kuvvetler Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yer alarak Kuvay\u0131 Milliye ve Ankara H\u00fck\u00fcmetine ba\u011fl\u0131 kuvvetlere kar\u015f\u0131 bir dizi ayaklanma \u00f6rg\u00fctleyip te\u015fvik etmi\u015f ve Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131na silahla kar\u015f\u0131 koymu\u015ftur. Tipik bir vatan hainidir Vahdettin. Ve Erdo\u011fan kendisini yeterince g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hissetti\u011finden 100. Y\u0131l kutlamas\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 kutlamas\u0131n\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131k bir mesaj olarak, onun ad\u0131 verilen k\u00f6\u015fkte d\u00fczenlemekten ka\u00e7\u0131nmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 ve ona ba\u015fkomutanl\u0131k yapm\u0131\u015f Mustafa Kemal kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki tutumu, g\u00fcc\u00fc ve ittifaklar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde izledi\u011fi taktik tutumlar olarak de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6steregeldi. \u0130ktidar\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde ger\u00e7ek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi farkl\u0131 olmakla birlikte takiye yapt\u0131 ve renk vermedi. \u0130lk iktidar y\u0131llar\u0131nda da b\u00f6yle davrand\u0131. Sonra, G\u00fclenle ittifak d\u00f6neminde Ergenekon davalar\u0131 a\u00e7arak d\u00f6nemin \u201c<em>Kemalist<\/em>\u201d iddial\u0131 generalleri dahil muhaliflerine sald\u0131r\u0131rken, M. Kemal\u2019den, yan\u0131na \u0130smet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019y\u00fc de katarak \u201c<em>iki ayya\u015f<\/em>\u201d olarak s\u00f6z etti. Ard\u0131ndan \u00f6nce yine Kemalistlik taslayanlar ve sonra \u201c<em>Atat\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7isi<\/em>\u201d oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcren MHP ile ittifak zorunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir ad\u0131m geri atarak, s\u00f6ylemini yumu\u015fatt\u0131. \u015eimdi yine MHP ile ittifak zorunlulu\u011funa ra\u011fmen Vahdettin vurgusu yapmaktan geri durmuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Erdo\u011fan sadece Vahdettinci de\u011fil, ama Abd\u00fclhamit\u00e7idir de. Onu \u201c<em>Ulu han, Abd\u00fclhamid Han<\/em>\u201d olarak anar. M. Kemal ve Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131\/d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 bir \u00e7evrede b\u00fcy\u00fcy\u00fcp serpilmi\u015f; Necip Faz\u0131l K\u0131sak\u00fcrek\u2019i \u201c<em>\u00fcstad<\/em>\u201d, Kadir M\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131o\u011flu ile bir d\u00f6nem TBMM Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da yapan eski MTTB ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smail Kahraman\u2019\u0131 \u201c<em>a\u011fabey<\/em>\u201d, s\u0131k s\u0131k \u015fiirlerini okudu\u011fu kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc \u0130slamc\u0131 Sezai Karako\u00e7\u2019u b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fair ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr bilmi\u015ftir. 28 \u015eubat\u2019\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u201c<em>hocas\u0131<\/em>\u201d Necmettin Erbakan\u2019\u0131 terk etmekte s\u0131k\u0131nca g\u00f6rmeyerek kendi hedefine ilerlemi\u015f, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel ve politik g\u0131das\u0131n\u0131 her daim \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131 \u0130slami hareketten alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Taktik tutumlar bir yana, siyasal \u0130slam, Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 la\u011fvederek Cumhuriyet ilan\u0131n\u0131n, tarikatlar\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131n\u0131n, Arap harfleri yerine Latin alfabesinin kabul\u00fcn\u00fcn ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7eken M. Kemal\u2019e d\u00fc\u015fmanca duygular beslemi\u015f ve buna uygun politik tutumlar sahibi olmu\u015f, \u00f6n\u00fcne ilk f\u0131rsatta \u015feriat ilan\u0131n\u0131 koymu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak kurulan Cumhuriyet ve olu\u015fturulan ulus devlet, t\u00fcm\u00fc, belirli bir anti-emperyalizmle ulusa ve ulusall\u0131\u011fa dayal\u0131d\u0131r. Erdo\u011fan ve siyasal \u0130slam ise, \u201c<em>yerli-milli<\/em>\u201d propagandas\u0131na bak\u0131lmas\u0131n, \u00fcmmet\u00e7idir. Ulusa ve ulusall\u0131\u011fa de\u011fil, y\u00fcce bildi\u011fi \u00fcmmete ve \u00fcmmet\u00e7ili\u011fe dayan\u0131r. M. Kemal\u2019in ne milliyet\u00e7ilik ne de devlet\u00e7ilik ilkeleri ona g\u00f6redir. \u00dcstelik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u201c<em>muas\u0131r medeniyete ula\u015fma<\/em>\u201d hedefine TCG Anadolu \u201c<em>u\u00e7ak gemisi<\/em>\u201d ve ba\u015fta S\u0130HA\u2019lar olmak \u00fczere geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi sava\u015f sanayisiyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi kendisinin ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etse bile, M. Kemal\u2019in bat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u201c<em>Bat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fma<\/em>\u201d hedefiyle de anla\u015fmazl\u0131k halindedir. G\u00f6z\u00fc do\u011fuda, \u201c<em>\u0130slam Alemi<\/em>\u201dndedir! \u00d6rnekse M. Kemal ve ilk d\u00f6nemlerinde Cumhuriyet, a\u011f\u0131zlar s\u00fctten yand\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yo\u011furdun \u00fcflenerek yenmesi misali sava\u015flardan duydu\u011fu \u00fcrk\u00fcnt\u00fcyle, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta Musul ve Kerk\u00fck\u2019\u00fc zorlam\u0131\u015f ve uygun ko\u015fullarda Hatay\u2019\u0131 ilhak etmi\u015f olsa bile, zorunluluktan \u201c<em>yurtta sulh cihanda sulh<\/em>\u201du d\u0131\u015f politikas\u0131n\u0131n temeli yapm\u0131\u015fken, Erdo\u011fan \u015f\u00fcphesiz farkl\u0131 ko\u015fullarda, \u00f6nce \u201c<em>ye\u015fil ku\u015fak<\/em>\u201d ve e\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcstlendi\u011fi \u201c<em>BOP<\/em>\u201d \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bat\u0131l\u0131 emperyalistlerin ileri m\u00fcfrezesi olarak ve sonra emperyalistler aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7eli\u015fkilerden yararlan\u0131p kendi \u00f6zel \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 elde etmeye y\u00f6nelerek, sonu\u00e7suz kalmakla birlikte, \u00f6zellikle Ortado\u011fu\u2019da yay\u0131lmac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u0131\u015f politika edinmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu nedenlerle Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n Cumhuriyet ve 100. y\u0131l kutlamalar\u0131na yak\u0131nl\u0131k duymay\u0131p yerine Vahdettin k\u00f6\u015fk\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 kutlamas\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7irmesinde anla\u015f\u0131lmayacak ve hele \u015fa\u015f\u0131lacak \u015fey yoktur. Erdo\u011fan ve AKP\u2019sinin Cumhuriyete ve M. Kemal\u2019e yak\u0131nl\u0131k duymas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir neden yoktur. Tersine, rekabet duygusuyla y\u00fckl\u00fc ve r\u00f6van\u015fist e\u011filimde oldu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n tek adam y\u00f6netiminin dincilikten ibaret olmay\u0131p tekelci burjuvazinin s\u0131n\u0131f iktidar\u0131n\u0131n bir bi\u00e7imi oldu\u011fu \u015f\u00fcphesizdir. Burjuvazinin diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olarak tekellerin egemenli\u011finin Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 ve Cumhuriyetin ilan\u0131yla kurulu\u015funa giri\u015filen burjuvazinin egemenli\u011finin \u00e7oktand\u0131r vard\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer oldu\u011fu da su g\u00f6t\u00fcrmez ve Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n tek adam y\u00f6netimi, onun g\u00fcncelli\u011fidir. Ancak yine de hem s\u0131n\u0131fsal hem de ideolojik ve politik farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131yla Erdo\u011fan\u2019la M. Kemal ve kurulu\u015f ve ilk geli\u015fme d\u00f6nemlerinin Cumhuriyetiyle g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz Cumhuriyeti birbirlerine fazlas\u0131yla uzakt\u0131r. Uzakt\u0131r, ancak, bu uzakl\u0131k, TKP ve Sol Partinin ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u201c<em>1923 Cumhuriyetinin sonu<\/em>\u201d ve \u201c<em>Cumhuriyet\u2019in tasfiye edilerek y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131<\/em>\u201d anlam\u0131na gelmiyor. Cumhuriyet, \u015f\u00fcphesiz kurulu\u015fundan bug\u00fcne farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131, ama sonuna gelinmedi\u011fi ve \u2013en az\u0131ndan hen\u00fcz\u2013 y\u0131k\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bir ger\u00e7ek. Y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 sadece CHP ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u2013yasamayla yarg\u0131y\u0131 da \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kendisine ba\u011flayarak\u2013 cumhuriyetin y\u00fcr\u00fctme koltuklar\u0131na kurulmu\u015f olan AKP ve Erdo\u011fan kendi kavlince kutlamakla kalmad\u0131. Bankalar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere mali sermaye ve tekeller kutlamalarla ilgili olarak kendilerini herkesin g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn ta i\u00e7ine kadar soktular. Birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn \u00f6ncesinden ba\u015flayan sonu gelmez reklamlar azalarak uzunca bir s\u00fcre s\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stisnas\u0131z hemen her banka, mudi kaybetmemek i\u00e7in olmal\u0131, biri di\u011ferinden geri kalmamacas\u0131na, art arda TV ve sair yay\u0131nlar\u0131n reklam ku\u015faklar\u0131n\u0131 boydan boya i\u015fgal etti. AKP-Erdo\u011fan\u2019dan az farkla, M. Kemal\u2019e, sar\u0131 sa\u00e7lar\u0131yla mavi g\u00f6zleri ve konu\u015fmalar\u0131na, ge\u00e7mi\u015f siyah-beyaz g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerle yeni renkli kurmaca g\u00f6rselliklerden birbirine ge\u00e7i\u015flerle kolajlar yaparak yer verdiler. M. Kemal, Cumhuriyet ve 100. Y\u0131l\u0131na odaklanm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fcler, reklamlar\u0131n kurgular\u0131 b\u00f6yleydi. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle AKP-Erdo\u011fan\u2019dan daha g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ge\u00e7irmi\u015f ve olgun g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc verdiler. \u201c<em>B\u0131rak\u0131n Cumhuriyetle 100. Y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 can\u0131m, as\u0131l olan T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 ve bizim yapt\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z<\/em>\u201d i\u00e7erikli silah sanayii, gemilerle vb. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n son yirmi y\u0131l\u0131na yap\u0131lan vurguyla \u201c<em>g\u00f6rmemi\u015fin o\u011flu olmu\u015f\u2026<\/em>\u201d havas\u0131nda de\u011fillerdi. Reklam reklamd\u0131 ama, tekellerinin yaln\u0131zca adlar\u0131na yer verseler bile, ger\u00e7ekte t\u00fcm\u00fc kendi reklamlar\u0131yd\u0131. \u201c<em>100. Y\u0131lda biz<\/em>\u201d, \u015fu tekel, bu banka demeye geliyordu t\u00fcm\u00fc. \u00dcstelik \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde sadece adlar\u0131na yer vermekle kalmay\u0131p M. Kemal kadar kendileriyle \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na yer ve zaman ay\u0131ran hi\u00e7 de az de\u011fildi ve bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle AKP-Erdo\u011fan\u2019a yakla\u015ft\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Haklar\u0131 de\u011fil mi?<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyetle kurulan burjuvazinin egemenli\u011fi ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 oldu\u011fu kapitalizmin \u00f6nemli bir sekt\u00f6r\u00fc reklamc\u0131l\u0131k. Tekellerin, \u00f6zel olarak mali tekeller olan bankalar\u0131n reklam yapmalar\u0131 kadar, M. Kemal ve 100. y\u0131l\u0131yla Cumhuriyeti reklamlar\u0131na konu etmelerine kapitalizm ko\u015fullar\u0131nda herhalde kimse bir \u015fey diyemez. Su\u00e7 de\u011fil, cezas\u0131 yok! Ve hakaret etmedi, \u00f6vd\u00fcler.<\/p>\n<p>M. Kemal ve Cumhuriyeti reklam yoluyla kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na alet ettikleri \u015f\u00fcphesiz. Ne kadar\u0131 \u00f6vg\u00fc ne kadar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar ve M. Kemal\u2019le Cumhuriyet \u00fczerinden m\u00fc\u015fteri cezbederek k\u00e2rlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rma \u2013bunu tartma olana\u011f\u0131 yok kapitalizmde. \u00dcstelik kapitalizmin mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir \u015fey yok yapt\u0131klar\u0131nda. Eskiden belki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli olarak a\u011fr\u0131 kesici \u201c<em>Gripin<\/em>\u201d vb. reklam\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yordu, kapitalizm geli\u015fip tekelle\u015ftik\u00e7e i\u015fler b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc. \u015eimdi M. Kemal\u2019le Cumhuriyet de reklam nesnesi olabiliyor!<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan kapitalizm, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de M. Kemal ve Cumhuriyetle tarih sahnesine \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131. 1800\u2019lere dayan\u0131yor ge\u00e7mi\u015fi. 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n \u00f6zellikle ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131\u2019da hem sanayi ve hem de tar\u0131mda fazla b\u00fcy\u00fck olmayan kapitalist i\u015fletmeler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7i liman kentlerinde Levanten ad\u0131yla yabanc\u0131 kapitalizmle i\u015fbirli\u011fi yaparak yabanc\u0131 men\u015feli mallar\u0131n ithaline ve \u00fclkenin daha \u00e7ok tar\u0131msal \u00fcr\u00fcnleriyle maden filizlerinin ihrac\u0131na arac\u0131l\u0131k yapan komprador nitelikli bir ticaret burjuvazisi palazlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7o\u011fu \u201c<em>gayr\u0131-M\u00fcslim<\/em>\u201ddi ve pek az\u0131 T\u00fcrkt\u00fc. Sanayi alan\u0131nda da, \u0130ngiliz-\u0130svi\u00e7re ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Kartal\u2019da konserve, Beykoz\u2019da \u0130ngiliz sermayeli ka\u011f\u0131t ve Bomonti\u2019de bira, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece\u2019de kibrit (Osmanl\u0131 Kibritleri Anonim \u015eirketi) Pa\u015fabah\u00e7e\u2019de Frans\u0131z sermayeli mum, Yedikule\u2019de \u0130ngiliz-Frans\u0131z ortakl\u0131 iplik, Beykoz\u2019da \u0130talyan sermayeli cam fabrikalar\u0131 gibi yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar bulunuyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Yan\u0131 s\u0131ra devlet i\u015fletmeleri vard\u0131 Osmanl\u0131\u2019da. Herhalde ilk modern denebilecek fabrika makine ve su g\u00fcc\u00fcyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Beykoz \u00c7uha fabrikas\u0131yd\u0131 ve 1805\u2019te kurulmu\u015ftu. Y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 kutlad\u0131klar\u0131 Cumhuriyeti ne ilan eden burjuvaziyle ne o burjuvazinin temsilcili\u011fini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kapitalizmle ne de M. Kemal ve Kemalizmle bir ilgisi oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n<p>Kemalist burjuvazi, \u015f\u00fcphesiz, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck burjuvazisi gibi tekelci burjuvazi de\u011fildi; mali sermayeye de\u011fil, s\u0131nai ve ticari sermayeye dayanan, hen\u00fcz tekelle\u015fmemi\u015f, emperyalizmle i\u015fbirli\u011fi ili\u015fkisi i\u00e7inde olmayan bir burjuvaziydi. Ger\u00e7i Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n ba\u015f tac\u0131 etti\u011fi Vahdettin\u2019in \u0130ngiliz emperyalizmine teslimiyeti ve onlar\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131ndan konu\u015fup M. Cumhuriyet ilan\u0131n\u0131n hemen ard\u0131ndan gelen Padi\u015fahl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve az sonra Hilafetin la\u011fv\u0131 kopu\u015fun ikinci kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc, Sultanl\u0131k, bir ulusal devlet, bir T\u00fcrk devleti de\u011fil, ama \u00fcmmeti esas alan hanedan devletiyken, Cumhuriyetin bir ulusal devlet olmas\u0131 ve ulusun egemenli\u011fi olarak ilan edilmesidir.
